The Capital Grille is a fine-dining restaurant offering dry aged steaks, fresh seafood, and an award-winning wine list. Our expertly prepared steaks are custom-aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by the restaurant’s on-premise butcher. We invite you to join us for an evening of relaxed elegance and exceptional service.

Menu Philosophy
Exceptional Ingredients, Artfully Prepared
It is our sole desire that everything, and we mean everything, that arrives at your table at The Capital Grille delights you. To that end, we use only the finest, freshest ingredients, masterfully prepared in recipes designed to engage all of your senses.
The whole-smoked pork jowl ($35) is over-the-top lardy—one bite satisfies your fat quota for the day. Better are the Jurassic salt-and-pepper lamb rib tips ($37), soft and lax on the bone. Slick a piece of flatbread with kefir crème fraîche, then pile on a few shreds of lamb and a zippy bread-and-butter pickle—it’s Mission-gone-Moroccan, and staunchly, singularly Bowien.
Dry Aging

Long before our steaks meet the grill, they are meticulously dry aged on premises for more than 18 days to achieve incomparable flavor and texture. Then, each is hand-carved by our in-house butchers to exacting standards. An intensive process, but we’re confident you’ll agree it is most certainly worth it.
